After studying medicine she
followed her specialization in O&G in Veldhoven en Maastricht.
From 2006 she is a staff member of the Maxima Medisch Centrum in Veldhoven. Her PhD thesis about diagnostics in ovarian tumors appeared in december 2008 (promotores professor Mol en professor Evers). Special interest in endoscopy, ovarian pathology and gynaecological oncology. She is a trainer in the Skills Training Eindhoven (STE)
